Forming the major component of my final degree piece, ‘Mnemonic Objects’ is 20 page tabloid newspaper detailing a variety of personal objects which have been represented through inked hand impressions. Made by hand then scanned and digitised, the impressions represent the tangible memory attached to each object that is accessed through physical touch. Text personally written and typeset in EB Garamond, chosen for its frequent use in genuine newspapers.
